Where I live (Santa Fe) we love the hollyhocks that spring from crevices. Here's it's two-toned irises growing in a smidge of dirt!
Instead of sand paintings for DDM, Origens Restaurant made this corn "mandala." I only knocked off a few kernels with my elbow, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself.
