We're delighted you would like to register for one of Open Heart Tours' trips to Oaxaca! You may preview or download (for printing) our registration form. By submitting it, along with a $500 deposit, you will secure your place(s) on a tour.  We appreciate receiving one form and one deposit for each traveler.

It is always our preference to receive your initial deposit with a physical check. However, if that is not possible, you may submit a deposit via Paypal.
